The apartment building is realized on the street side to buffer a large green open space in the back. The facade is conceived as a massive wall in a color palette that matches the green layout. This color palette is extended throughout the building. All apartments face the backyard, the southern part of the plot. Most terraces are indoor but are sometimes alternated with concrete platforms on the outside. The upper floors hold a sequence of dwellings on two levels.
