The renovation of an old townhouse implied the renewal of the facade and a plan adapted to the new inhabitants. The plan consists of an arrangement of three consecutive rooms with the kitchen in the center. Each room has its specific materials. The living area is decorated with warm wood and an old fire element. Aluminium is the main material in the kitchen. It reflects the light and gives a great sense of openness in the middle of the house. The backroom has a rougher finish with a concrete floor and interior walls covered with cement.
